Paradha is a Telugu Indian language with the mixture of comedy and comedy drama. This movie was released in 2025 which was directed by Praveen Kandregula, Poojitha Sreekanti and Prahaas Boppudi has assisted him with the writing works. The movie has been produced by Sreenivasula P.V, Vijay Donkada and Sridhar Makkuva under Ananda Medias. Anupama Parameswaran, Darshana Rajemdran and Sangeetha Krish have played important roles in this film.

Cast for Paradha

Anupama Parameswaram, one who played a major role in Premam, played Subbalakshmi “Subbu” in this film. Darshana Rajendran played Amishta “Ami”. Sangeetha Krish acted as Rathnamma. Rag Mayur as Rajesh. Both Harsha Vardhan and Rajendra Parasad played supporting roles.

Paradha was released on 22th August 2025, released with the native language of Telugu and with a running time of 143 minutes.

Paradha Song

Paradha’s song and soundtrack album were composed by Gopi Sundar. The Audio rights for the soundtrack has been collected by Sony Music India. The first song “Maa Andhaala Siri” was sung by Sri Krishna and Ramya Behara and released on 23rd March 2025. The Second song “Yatra Naryasthu” was sung by Anurag Kulkarni and released on 17th July 2025 and the final song “Yegareyi Nee Rekkale” song was  sung by Ritesh G.Rao. The total audio track length was 14:57 minutes.

There is a remote village which was strictly nested with the depth of the tradition, the life of every women will be surrounded with a centuries of our old school tradition, they have to remain in veiled at every times,  for if they reveal their faces ,there is a belief that it could bring the curse and sin to their families. Subbu, a resolute young woman, has been brought up with honouring their custom, and all of a sudden there was some event which turned out to be suspicious towards her. While Subbu gets herself caught between loyalty and the urge that need to reclaim herself and her honour.

In order to clear her name, Subbu decides to do a such thing which no woman in that village dares to do – she stepped out of her border and village. Her journey as headed towards the Himalayas. Her aunt Rathnamma, the woman who has such sharp instinct and faith for enough of her life to overcome fear .Along with their travels Ami, a courageous and architect from the city, who has carried scars with her own battles against the modern society.

Together, those three women form a friendship and carry the burden of silence. Their paths across mountains and the Valleys have twisted their life. Subbu had uncovered not only the curse but the strength to decide for a chain to break. 

Finally, the movie Subbu’s mission to recollect her dignity and that has transformed into the large journey which made her to find herself, the women of her village and Ami, who finally learnt that freedom will be taking you to different forms with different worlds. This movie has spoken about the bravery and rage of those three women.
